Very good company. Directors are young and always supports new systems, suggestions by employees. HR team is very good and active unlike other construction companies in Pune.

Very poor financial discipline. Always on cash crunch. Very low on payscales. Expect to work in other departments with same salary. No work appreciation. No incentive module.
