Only good thing is they give holiday on SUNDAY atleast.

Dislikes

They deduct your money without telling you. No appraisal, though they have said at the time of joining and though you worked very well including saturdays and sundays, yes you have to work on alternate saturdays and if that saturday comes on national holiday or yearly holiday calender, then you have to work extra in that month on 0 rupees extra. Work culture is too bad, they are not having a good infra too, not having drinking water facility too. Senior people blames you a lot though they have done many silly mistakes and you have to have resolved it. JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. (BUT BETTER NOT TO JOIN)...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
