Job security was Good, work environment is also very healthy and management is skillful and having healthy relations with employees but company policies are very old so it should change time to time.

Dislikes

Teammates are very supporting, but there is a political interference in company as like any other company overall company was so good to work there.

Company is quite good to work after 30, when you have taken ample of experience , as this company provides good pay, increments, annual hike & promotions, Work life balance with 100% job security in a totally natural place with company accommodated township.

Dislikes

Nothing much bad, as their attrition rate is self explanatory with around under 1 %. People usually take a change due to their personal reason only.
