Salary and career growth is slow ther is a bond of 2 years befor which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.give the multiple work.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I was joined in golden time of this company & enjoyed my tenure. I can say this was my second company after one more MNC where actual work culture follows.

After joining of new MD, the culture started toxic & which is still going on. No old team member is continuing with the company & now Karcher is like Hire & Fire Company & it is like retirement home of new MD's old company people.
