Company policies change frequently, and there is no oversight. In the competitive lending market, this company charges the highest ROI and PF. There is no after-sales service. Furthermore, they will jeopardize your happiness during collections if any customer is late on EMIs. If you disbursed the loan, you are responsible, but they take credit for the disbursement. Every day feels like the last day of work. Regardless of position, no one treats you well. There is no proper incentive structure.
