Not dislikes, but things that may not work for everyone: > Like any start-up, the environment is pretty unstructured and that can be chaotic for some (and super fun for some!) > The teams are pretty lean and frugal, so it's all hands on deck, always! While you do get your breaks, don't expect this to be a chill / slow paced job. Speed is important and so is delivery :) But if you put in visible effort, there are people to guide you. You need to be comfortable doing things you may not have signed up for as things change v fast (like in any start-up) > While the team is very supportive, you might feel like you're being thrown into the deep end to take care of tasks you have 0 exp with (but that's where the real learning happens!)...Read More

I have worked in Marketing and the Academic team, the managers are experienced people who'll impart good knowledge once you start working under them. You need to work 5 days a week from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, no punch-ins needed.

Could do with more events (office trips or other activities) in the office.
