Most of employees get a chance to work with client Equifax and their we get exposure to Data related application, employees get chance to work on GCP. Apart from that nothing is good here.

No job security, client can fire you without giving any notice and then KR Elixir will also terminate you on the very same day.

There is lot of learning. We are using very good tools and technologis such as kubernates, gcp, docker etc. Good work life balance. Only expectation is deliver your work. The timing is flexible apart from the meetings. The way of working is work from home which is very good. HR conducts meet ups during festivals which we can attend and meet our colleagues.
