People don't appreciate you for your work. Definitely not for people who are honest and hardworking. Helpless people can opt for job here, but the motto is to neither give to the institution anything nor expect from the institution anything.

Not advisable!! People don't appreciate you for your work or efforts. Money minded people right from the hierarchy. Definitely not advisable for people who are hardworking and honest. Helpless people can opt for job here, but the motto is very clear, don't waste your energy on contributing for the institution nor expect anything from the institution.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
