Nothing to be liked about this company except we get to learn diamonds and get paid for learning. Any fresher who has no idea about diamonds and want to make career in diamonds can join the company for learning purpose and for that he will be paid a type of styphen.

Dislikes

There is only talkings of team work in the company but on practical basis every 1 is selfish. No job security and employees will regret joining this company for there entire life and it is also possible that after 2-3 years of working the employees will have to find search for other career option as the company believes in if you don 't work with them no don't work with other firms in diamond market. They don't also provide required documents for future of employees<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. They hide the details of the salary paid to the employees</mark>. And to the top of it they humiliate by asking to pay some amount for your mistake. Even there are rules for who will use washrooms one in the office and who not. And on part of the salary it's very very low and employees feel they have taken a very wrong decision of the life....Read More
