Kotkar Energy forced people to work when Covid-19 was at its pick that is April & May 20 for the project. I worked in April work from home ( As my residential area having moment restrictions & my pass was rejected ). But worked in May20 for the new project. Later company not moved further project, just completed samples & wound up. Reduced regular monthly payments . For me they suddenly forced to leave the company in Jun 2020 after all hard work single-handedly in covid period. Work culture is bad, frequent change in decisions, zero job security, as these decision taken by director as per per his whims & wish( which changes every weeks time ) Without concrete work all senior staff has to work long hours ( even up to 10 to 11pm ) for meetings. Company depend on one customer & one line our project model. Even some people brought different area of work / projects / ideas , they rejected by management....Read More

Unnecessary / without concrete plan / workload extra long hours working for directors meeting. Zero Job security. Office politics / apple polishing supported by director himself. Delay in salary distribution. Some allowances having illogical criteria. Innovation is supported, but nothing is concluded in business model / opportunity.Dropped in between after long working. No proper structure available foe implementation of innovative ideas. Director believes, he himself will train the staff in all the business areas, as he has 40 years of industry experience.
