hello,
I have been working in support roles in IT Operations till now.
The current profile is Cloud Monitoring+Support with rotational shifts and on contractual basis
I have not been able to upskill as much as I would have liked to have a transition to a better profile
My goal is to transition so as to have a day shift in order to have a work life balance
Can you please suggest any smart ways to apply for the jobs
