Companies top management doesn't know what actually going on at down level, because in between top level and down level there is a middle person called coordinator, only these coordinators are wasting values of company. Because down level persons are really working hard, but these middle mans and so called old employees takes the credit and in actual if you see these middle mans are not doing nothing, only they have an excellent showing nature and through which they busy on making their good image only.
