Some of Reporting manager take more advantage to the employee. He not respect to senior employee and also newly joined this type of behavior need to stop permanent Note: Salary and benifit Field service technician salary need to increase and consider.this is my kind suggestion

Lots of discrimination for third party No benefits for third party No appraisal for third party No work life balance Least salary for third party Mis behavior with third party No reimburse for late sitting No extra off on off days And many more dislikes.

Fake women empowerment agendas, in real no women is satisfied working in company, gender imbalance due to poor work atmosphere, some higher management staff lives in 19th century and thinks hiring women will hamper the work, and some thinks since husband is working wife's job is not of much importance.
