They forced most of the employees to come to office in staring of codivd...and didn't allow ppl to go to native and work from home. Fired most of freshers and employee with less experience as they had less project and hired people with experience. Can fire anyone without any issue.

Dislikes

They follow strict login, and only 30 min break in the whole day. You can't talk to your colleagues in office as the Hr and manager will be watching you on cameras and call you to meeting rooms immediately. It feels like a jail to work dr. 9 - 7 should just work and no intertainment. If you leave office exact at 7 or 7:05 you will be highlighted. They think ppl who leave on time don't work properly.
