I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Best company for startup if u r able to argue with your senior then u r able to survive there at my time I don't know about future and it's also depend on senior behaviour. Best part well known company so u don't need to promote company. In market If you working for kokuyo Camlin you yourself feel the benefit.

Dislikes

Zoom meeting every weekend and sometime even on Sunday. No space for personal life. You have to attend zoom meeting either you are in family function. Month and you have to work on Sunday for achive target. there scheme for retailer is wast of time and for that you have to deal with retailers misbehaviour.
