Worst appraisal and promotion system.. reporting manager are like politician.. someone is doing work and credit giving to another person to give him benefit.. senior always try to push you down so that HOD make negative thoughts about you.. more than 10 to 15 years people stuck in this company but they didn't get proper appraisal and promotion..very low salary as per market standards Except colleague there is no positive thing in this company...Read More
