Long working hours, stressful work hours that extend beyond shifts and no overtime given for it, personal issues and genuine problems are casually looked over and are not considered, negatives outweigh the positives, very unprofessional HR department, their offer letter is not updated, any questions put forth to the authority is overlooked and the employee is told that they've things under discretion which make no sense, no experience letter is provided and the relieving letter is of no use since they mention their disappointment towards our hardwork. Lack of Communication from manager.. Incompetent co-workers specially who are from versova Village.. Very much unprofessional and unpunctual .. They will intentionally try to put you down and make false image of you infront of management (Though the manager is also from versova😅) Higher management and HR should interfere in such things periodically ..

So much politics at department senior are doing so much partiality. nursing staff are not good. dialysis machines are not mainten properly and so much politics is here. I'm not see any team work here.
