He is very biased, no respect for the team, behaves badly, frequently criticizing Kohler culture and asks unnecessary personal questions as well. Company products are world class but work culture is full of politics. West team culture is worst. There are some people who only believes in politics. West Head of BD is one of them. Does not do anything but creates extreme pressure on the team. Herself only busy in family but ruins other team members life like hell. If these kinds of people are at managerial level, team will never be stable.

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.
