Horrible manager I worked under Padmasri Padmanabhan, as she ruined my mental health and peace of mind by unethical work practices, forceful weekend work without pay, daily extending work shifts, interfering in to my personal life, stalking my personal life, disgusting comments and unprofessional behavior which is really frustrating and harrassing. She has changed the beautiful work culture of Kohler in to extremely toxic that it made me leave a great company. It no longer feels like a captive organization rather just like one of the toxic BPO companies in worked for in the past.
