Recent changes have changed the culture very much. In GSS R2R team 5/6 people left because of one bad manager Abhijit. He is very biased, no respect for the team, behaves badly, frequently criticizing Kohler culture and asks unnecessary personal questions as well. Nothing, too much humilation, they crictised you on calls, not supporting you, passing wrong comment. Tol much humilation, not giving time to adjust wth new industry.

Dislikes

Humiliation by senior people, not understand how other person will feel, speaking wrong words infront of dealers, claims are not approved on time, just pressurizing on numbers, giving wrong feedback or words in market.

Company products are world class but work culture is full of politics. West team culture is worst. There are some people who only believes in politics. West Head of BD is one of them. Does not do anything but creates extreme pressure on the team. Herself only busy in family but ruins other team members life like hell. If these kinds of people are at managerial level, team will never be stable.

Too much unnecessary pressure. No authority to take any decisions to close the business. It is completely system driven organisation with all the power in the hand of HO people. Be there in the market, you feel helpless. Every now and then products got obsolete. Upcountry market presence is very pathetic. No pricing support for project business.

Kohler is a great company however with extremely poor leadership in Pune GSS office after recent changes in the hierarchy. Discrimination based on demographical and linguistic biasedness. Horrible manager I worked under Padmasri Padmanabhan, as she ruined my mental health and peace of mind by unethical work practices, forceful weekend work without pay, daily extending work shifts, interfering in to my personal life, stalking my personal life, disgusting comments and unprofessional behavior which is really frustrating and harrassing. She has changed the beautiful work culture of Kohler in to extremely toxic that it made me leave a great company. It no longer feels like a captive organization rather just like one of the toxic BPO companies in worked for in the past. I'd definitely recommend Kohler as a great place to work but would never recommend unless there are changes at the leadership level....Read More
