The work culture at hyperlocal level is horrible.. specially if you work in west.. the manager's approach is very toxic to team management. No plan for development Selfish approach to achieving numbers If numbers are done..manager is sweet..if not she will harass you .. won't let you breathe.. Expect to work 16-18 hours a day.. There is no open culture at Kohler.. one can't interact with super bosses with trust..they take managers word as absolute... so manager can keep the super bosses completely manipulated..Super bosses also take no effort in connecting and grooming. New joiners are almost treated ruthlessly with no space of learning new process and start performing. Zero patience and maturity. To save their behinds they can blame you.. humiliate you on work calls.. if numbers are done you are treated like a hero.. if not ..expect humiliation and taunting like it's a kitty party. Manager is not just unprofessional but Constantly Rude , she can't watch her tone... People call her the best manager only to be in her gold books.. it's laughable.
