New joiners are almost treated ruthlessly with no space of learning new process and start performing. Zero patience and maturity. To save their behinds they can blame you.. humiliate you on work calls.. if numbers are done you are treated like a hero.. if not ..expect humiliation and taunting like it's a kitty party.
