I really love to work @kohinoor as a MIS, because i get to learn a lot of life lessons as well professional lessons....

Dislikes

The way i was treated by few seniors and the way there senior & any one of the organization didn't take a stand against it ..... It feels really disappointed... No hard feelings for the organization.... But they really need to look @ the environment which exists on there couple of sites... Specially west region launch sites

Directors are good. Good management team.

Late sitting , conjusted sitting arrangement, work backlog due to SAP implementation. Looking face and giving appraisal. No appreciation after good work doing. Only talking negative things.

Nothing the culture is too toxic and the senior staff is always interested in politics more than the business

Managers and Senior staff will screw you till you resign management of Kohinoor is very good and their visions towards employees is excellent but the senior staff working under them will demotivate you and make you feel that you are doing nothing they are really interested in politics than business.
