This company has no career growth and no increment and lost of work there is a lot of politics by our senior and work atmosphere is worse and nobody can have learned good things

company culture is not good. Here promotions and appraisals are done by spooning people, not by looking at the work Medical facility is not good. If someone is on medical leave then they cut his leave and his salary and do not give any additional benefits.
