There are three two things that I don't like and concern authorities should work on this. 1. Employee should get some time to regularised their leaves. It should not be same day. 2. There should be leave & CTC part also on appointment letter. 3. There should be option to check employee's designation & his reporting manager name in outlook/webmail.

There is balanced work & social life. No foul language or abusive behavior use in company. Fixed work our for all vertical. NO more working pressure.

Company has a slogan One company One policy but it is not actually happen. No equal chance for promotion. Incentive policy is so poor.

1. Extreme level of politics. No control of HR over senior management members 2. No work life balance 3. The mentality is if they are paying you, you are the slave and they can abuse you and use bad words against you 4. No job security. They can fire you any time. If you hurt the ego of senior members. 5 Working hours are not fixed. You are expected to work 24*7

company culture is not good. Here promotions and appraisals are done by spooning people, not by looking at the work Medical facility is not good. If someone is on medical leave then they cut his leave and his salary and do not give any additional benefits.
