There is no likes except getting the salary on 1st of every month, depends on client they will provide WFH

Dislikes

No insurance No cab facility for shift based employees No food provided for shift based employees No clearance on the requirements If they assign some work , in between they will start ask to do another work by keeping first one aside No outings No fun activities Bap of micro management

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
