No undue work pressure. Work life balance. Less politics.

Dislikes

Minimal salary as per industry standards. No promotion ethics (you’ll have to fight for it every year). Very arbitrary billing mechanism.

Work-Life balance, that's all. But that also depends on the team you're in.

Dislikes

Below par salary structure. the firms pretends to be a top-tier firm but in some cases pays less than independent lawyers. Also, has a culture of sycophancy. If the "Leadership" does not like you, your career will not go anywhere. Zero transparency in promotions and appraisals. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
