You got to work with highly skilled, smart people from top engineering and management schools(IIT's and IIM's) solving challenging problems. Knowledge Foundry has an open culture where ideas are ideas are valued. Salary and raise is above market standards. There is absolutely no office politics and work life balance is probably the best in the industry.
