Likes

Working environment at KNAV is very good. All the partners and management is approachable. Flexibility in timing and more responsibilities is given even during articleship.

Dislikes

One suggestion to the management - You may want to think about arranging annual party / off-site out side Maharashtra. 😉

At KNAV, I got more responsibilities and freedom to choose my own style of working rather than just adapting to senior / partner's way of working.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
