Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) As a fresher entering the company with great aspirations following campus placement, my experience at KMV has been less than satisfactory. While I appreciate the opportunity to use the systems after 8 PM, several areas of concern need to be addressed: 1. Workplace Environment: The use of foul languageby senior personnel creates a discouraging atmosphere, especially for freshers who are new to professional work environments. A more respectful approach would foster better morale and productivity among employees. 2. Treatment of Freshers: Graduate Engineer Trainees are not treated with the professionalism and mentorship one would expect. Freshers join with enthusiasm to learn and contribute, but the lack of guidance and support significantly hampers this experience. 3. Leave Policy: The absence of holidays throughout the year, apart from paid and sick leaves, leads to burnout. A more flexible leave policy would greatly benefit employee well-being. Overall, based on my experience as a GET, I would rate the organization 0.5/5. This rating reflects both the challenges faced and the limited positive aspects, such as access to systems after work hours. 1.KMV is a Good Organization with acceptable work & life balance culture due to its flexible work timings. 2.Recently Organization in view of staff welfare every Second Saturday is a week-off for both office & for staff in site they can manage as per site requirement. 3.Reporting Manager is very transparent & staff workplace friendly, this is saying by my personal experience. 4.Especially HR team is a wow they are always ready available for any thing you need to discuss with them & has implemented many new things for staff welfare. 5.Salary Will be credited to all staff at the fixed time monthly even it is a public holiday....Read More

HR policies and welfare of employees is good, Timely salary, Good corporate culture and work environment. Organization Management is very good and having excellent vision towards future.

Only problem is values only 1st tier management (GM and above ) and there is no value for opinion or input of others at all. There is no specific roles n responsibilities as regardless of your job, you have to do whatever your incharge says whether it is your job or not.

The system of the company to devidation of staff in each department step by step is very good. Just company needs to arrange a party one day in every alternative month taking all site's staff with family outside from site & office to refreshment of staffs, that helps to grow company in higher position like L&T.
