Unfortunately, my experience at KMK Ventures has been disappointing. The company lacks empathy and support for its employees, especially during personal challenges. Even when an employee’s family member is hospitalized, getting leave is extremely difficult. The work culture suffers due to newly hired team leaders who prioritize ego over teamwork. Instead of encouraging collaboration, they discourage employees from asking questions, making it hard to complete tasks efficiently. On top of this, no recognition or appreciation is given for the efforts employees put in, which leaves the workforce feeling undervalued and demotivated. While I had a positive overall experience at KMK Ventures, one aspect that i found challenging was the limitation of being hired on a contractual basis. As someone eager to contribute long term and grow within the organization, i had hoped for more permanent opportunities to further develop my skills and make a lasting impact. Unfortunately, during my tenure, I did not have a chance to transition into a permanent role or explore advancement opportunities within the company.
