Good leave facility. Good working hours and classess were good

Dislikes

No respect on staffs feelings. Nursing section is very bad. Last few months were terrible. And I left Kmc due to very bad work stress...

Could not able to manage work stress and I left KMc

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
