I encountered few working professionals in Indore Team who were extremely horrible. We had a process trainer Sourabh Sarathe who had no clue about his own profile and product that he was supposed to train. He took training of this product for 2-3 months still was never approachable. Then we had HR Manager Sadhana Sachan, who had no experience as Manager. Horrible experience. KLPTA team needs to hire better quality employees at senior position....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
