Likes

The best part of the company is my colleagues. Most of them are very helpful and always ready for any challenges.

Dislikes

The company works good, but here is no proper management of the financial matters. Manager underestimates the power of the employee. As we work in the night shift, there is no transportation, no meal facilities and no night allow from the company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
