What they have done with employees in this tough time is really not really acceptable. They cut employees salary and given Leave without pay any without prior notice. And they have done nothing for their employees in this pandemic.

I work over there around 1.2 yr. And in this short span of time I didn't get any positive thing including work culture, salaries, work life balance. Except to 2-3 people there is nothing good. Company is not big and it's doesn't matter for any employees but some handful people command over there in every decision and internal politics is also there. After then they will ask you to resign. They cant afford even single day bench of the resources. They even do not en-cash the earned leave.
