The working culture is not good. The plant is not systematic. If somebody wants to make the plant systematic, top management or senior authorities will give hindrance. - Usage of obscene language in meeting. - Control of document & data is not satisfactory. - Control of records is not good. - The no of operators are lesser than requirement -Top management does not listen to the subordinates & not understand them. -Top management does not cooperate with the subordinates & not admit the proposal given by them for improvement of quality management system. -No e-mail communication & no shift report on mail etc....Read More
