Likes

The corporate culture here is commendable and the team is very supporting and approachable. Besides good work-life balance, the work environment is rightly set.

Dislikes

Appraisal and career growth. Lack of initiatives for employment satisfaction at work place, like free meals, gymnasium,etc.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
