Salary is given on time. Hr department does there job well

Dislikes

Too much politics. Clash between the Operations and Academics department which leads to confusion and extra burden to the teachers. Hiring of teachers r less...compared to what is the real need since young kids r difficult to manage.. Most importantantly no respect

No i was removed due to covid . Lot's of political played within the centre higher official support them they have favorites only they will get a chance. Other are removed from the job

I felt very happy to be a part of Klay team for a short span of 6months. Thou it was short span but the bond towards Klay members became stronger. Due to pandemic and personal reasons could not continue. The organization also supported well with remuneration part thou there was crisis situation. KLAY is a good start for your career. You have a lot of IJP’s. The training’s are good. The management are approachable and friendly. If you love working with children this is the place for you.
