The company has been acquired by Propio, which puts all the employees in a difficult position and Propio is asking everyone to leave.

Nature of work is good. You will not feel boredom when working on different projects.

Dislikes

Poor benefits, salary/increment not upto position provided, Poor training program for new members, management doesn't listen and they care about themselves only. Salaries being put on hold without any proper reasoning. In short, lots of politics going on with the higher management including team leads/managers because of which employees grevience is not taken into consideration.

Work was good and I didn't felt boredom. Although there were challenges in my duties which was not taken into consideration by my manager.
