I learned Punctuality.

Dislikes

Very nasty organization and management. Low salary. Overtime working with out money is normal there. I worked 3 months there and i totally hated their culture also.

I was excited by their quality of work. Then kitex garments is the best industry in Kochi because they give more opportunities to build up employees work efficiency and career.

Dislikes

Attitude of production managers are not good. Work pressure is very high.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
