The employees were good enough and helpful in nature

Dislikes

The management should be more constructive in a way for providing employees tasks based on their experience and their skills. The work should be almost fixed and not changing everyday which causes people to never achive their goals and secondly they should be more focussed on keeping the environment positive. Whereas they end up doing the opposite. Employees joining there thinking about a long term employment don't get satisfied as even working out of office hours and giving their 100% they were never appreciated. Also promised about In hand salary was never given nor was the facility of pf esi given however the money was deducted as per the offer letter.
