They pay well and salaries and benefits are on time. The ground level team is good

Dislikes

The management is completely immature and fickle. Don't know the basics of academics so you can not sustain long if you are sincere worker. If you are shy of working and want to keep quite and get salary then fine.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
