Man power reduction were started inside the company , No new technology implemented , No work Atmosphere is not so good, pay scale is also not good & comparable with other same related industry, hike or appraisals are dream in this company with 3yrs once.

Upper level Management politics are more, CMD not interest in company to getup, middle level management lotting in the name of loss, orders are good but no finance to execute always with the name of loss
