The environment for working is pretty good. They pay salaries on time.

Dislikes

We don’t get lot of encouragement to improve our work and lot of internal politics in the company. People don’t know how to work like a team here. Packages are very less when compared to market. Salary hikes also pretty bad. Won’t get encouragement through hikes for people who work hard. Appreciation is very less for people who work hard.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
