No Process. No Work Life Balance. Forced resignation. Normally people are promoted very easily but mentioned it in dislike, Company is 2-3 years old and a lot of people are promoted 2-4 times in this span.Kind of visionless management.So kind of no value in your designation. Projects are terrible. They teach you something else for months and then give you some stupid projects. Then they will also stretch the project so much to get more client benefits or to fool them. No recruiter knows this company so when you try to switch you will get rejected a lot The greatest issue is they do not know what a role m eans. Here everyone is SDE or Senior Software Developer when they do not know C of development. They are all data engineers and those who started from this company just know Snowflake properties, you cannot even call them SQL developers. And who makes Lead Engineer in a mere 3 years and senior in just 1 year? Here you might feel proud about it but other companies won't entertain it. It's just a trap by them so that other companies do not hire you and then they can sell the whole company and employees in it with good profit. Do not get me started on Lead engineers, some are good most of them just don't know what they are doing. They keep the brains somewhere and start working I daily regret being in this company and why I selected this company within so many other offers. By the way, their RM team does not a shit about technology. They don't know how to utilize a resource efficiently . So in this company, you will either be on the bench or be in some internal project where they don't recognize you or do some stupid client project either not aligning with your tech stack or learning 0 in that project...Read More

honest review, all good ratings are done by company HR itself- 1-lot's of politics 2- Huge favoritism to resources who were part of project in starting 3- HR, manager no one will listen or solve your problem 4-Poor work life balance 5- same set of people are getting awards, rewards, appraisals this is not for a particular project bu t in general. 6- Since there is lot's of politics they expect you to accept it and keep working without getting any recognition. 7- Many people have resigned due to bad politics...Read More
