Probably the worst working enviroment in my 26 year career. I disliked the fundamental lack of experience, work ethics, people management, antagonistic attitude and complete lack of technical skill. It included, but is not limited to: CTO/Devops not being able to understand any simple default php error message, even though it specifies where and what the issue is. The "programmer" and CTO/devops not having sufficiant programming background to even be able to use a FTP, after not only having been all the FTP details, but also access to the control panel where they themsleves could set the FTP settings - in a big attention grabbing box on the front page. Lying about not having received documentation. Engaging in despicable business practices like overestimating 15 minute tasks to the client saying it will take 2-3 weeks to solve. Implementing code followed this procedure: client flags an issue, and provides information. Task is assigned (to me). I coded the fix. The fix was then given to a russian student to be put on the server. The student would then take the fix, and break it, increasing overall run time and time complexity, or even breaking other features. Blaming others for poor security of having a database on the same server as the code, even though even a novice could see that the database was on another, very secure server in the cloud. I had to explain the same things over and over - I remember explaining 1 single thing 7 times in meetings, 4 times in an email, 1 time in a pdf, 3 or 4 times in devops, and I still got the question afterwards.
