There is nothing here that you will like. Very poor management. They provide very bad foods for staff, no hygeine and cleaning in cafetaria. Such a bad company I ever worked before. Actually I was not very aware before. If you want to work here , work on your risk.

They don't give you salary on time, after one year you get to know that your 3 months salary is hold that you will never get in hole life. It's a big scam here with the help company owner and local administration. Because no one has dare to claim his or her hold salary. Even you file case against them. Your salary will get hold in very systematic way one month 15 day delay, 2nd month, 30 day then 3rd month 45day and finally you know my salary is hold of 3 months. There is no any skill development, no salary credit on time, they gives always two months let your salary 2 month, They don't give clearance on time. They don't even deposit your PF on time. At time of your joining, (HR and other department)they act like very gentle and kind but after your resignation , when you asked for your clearance they become very hard and cruel , don't even talk you properly. Be honest, the main problem with the management, it's very poor for employees as well as for guest's !!! Environmental wise it is perfect, Ambience is perfect,in my thinking once in a life you have to go there (KOD) but don't think that you get a good response from them
