My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. They are very flexible in working. Like alternate saturdays are off, they have lunch facility and various lunch vendors nearby to have a variety of lunch and munch.
