Branch Manager/ Branch Head behaviour is very bad, he always behave Iike animal to employees. I have joined this organisation as MIS Executive having experience of 5 years yet they have offered me 25k per month and later they offered same pay to a guy who have 1 year experience. Politics is very high at every level, more at senior level. As this company is in manpower and facility management so good salary can not be expected.
