Incharge not good always shouting at infront everyone insulting with others and of course work place every incharge will shout I agree that not for that only each and every moment like he see my mistake always says mistake I suffer a lot lonely... he says like em pikkuthunaru west meru ekkada cheyyadam thesitha avasaram ledhu anni cheppadam he always says neku work radhu nv west anni inka etc... I'm always doing with work but he shout me everytime I didn't mention that person name he knows everyone but, for my request to my management please tell all incharge understand employee situation don't insult with others infront of everyone,there also have the feelings,I'm not complaint that person what I'm suffering at work place know one like suffer like me, I respect with him and I know how give the respect,I never inform to hr department and management also I'm only suffer I love this job with Kim's hospital over all management very Good I'm happy with Kim's thank you kims...Read More

Without a proper reason, at Kim's hospital management is waste and worst why because of they are encouraging only not working employees only, they could not encouraging hard working employees in work environmental area , expesially operations GM AND HR GM WAS not good.

Increment rules , according to kims rules, increment will get on April to April, but increment amount will credit in the month of September, I resigned in the month of July and my last working day is 5 /09/2024 and I' didn't got any increment in the year of 2024, I thought this is not good. Thank you

If we work in a hospital, we learn a lot about customer support and customer satisfaction. We'll get some Off in surgeries and medication.

Pays are not good. If you work there, you will be a middle class member.. you can't even move to upper middle-class. Avg salary for all front office department are 15K.
